From what we've heard after 20+ years in the business, landlords often struggle with changing points of contact and poor communication when working with agents. We make sure all of our landlord clients have Zara's direct line and know she's there to assist them promptly with any property maintenance concerns. Here's what she had to say about her role in our 5 minute chat!
I handle maintenance issues, coordinate repairs and inspections, and manage the team. My goal is to ensure smooth communication and keep everyone updated on progress.

Regular inspections are essential to stay on top of maintenance. It's better to address repairs promptly rather than waiting for issues to escalate. We tend to find landlords who switch to our fully managed service really value our hassle-free maintenance and emergency handling. Their time is freed up and it’s all a lot less hassle.
I enjoy taking my dog for walks and finding new places to explore on the weekends!
