CPS Homes House Welsh Assembly Members

We are pleased to announce that the National Assembly for Wales has chosen CPS Homes to be a supplier of residential accommodation to its members. The Assembly's decision is based on a number of performance indicators, including amongst others the efficiency of maintenance and emergency responses, legal agreements and property specifications.

The assessment also included visits to a selection of properties to assess their suitability against strict criteria including environmental impact, security and value for money.

We are delighted that our commitment to constant improvements in our infrastructure has been recognised by the Assembly and look forward to finding new homes for their employees.
