New Look, Big Launch!

New image, new office

To coincide with our new image, we thought what better way to kick things off than to display it in a brand new office?! Back in October we opened the doors to our Woodville Rd office.

The premise was a pub when we took it on - previously open under the guises of The Funky Buddha Lounge and Buffalo Bar, amongst others - so our aim of turning it into a working office whilst retaining the quirky nature of the place was challenging but ultimately rewarding. Our only regret was not keeping the bar! :-)

A brilliant launch

We launched the office by holding a free-for-all barbeque with live DJs and promotional giveaways. Despite the wet weather (typical Cardiff!), the smell of burgers on coals and sound of music must have tempted people out of their homes because the turnout was beyond all expectations! The demand was so high, we had to go out and buy more food to help line the stomachs of those in our queues. Our limited edition " I Loves The 'Diff" t-shirts went out like hotcakes and they've since become quite a talking point in and around Cathays!

The branch will now serve as our new Head Office and houses our Lettings, Maintenance/Inspections and Accounts Teams all under one roof. We'd love you to pop in and see us, or alternatively feel free to give us a call on 02920 668585.

A new website for 2013

Along with the new-look brand, we’ve updated our biggest window to the world - our website. With over one million page views last year, it was important that we brought the website along with us on our journey.

The new brand colours are cleaner, more attractive and appealing to the eye...well, in our opinion at least! And one of our 'facelift' aims is to steer well away from the typical industrial image associated with letting agents and become more neutrally appealing. The way we communicate is imperative to the re-brand; we want to speak to our customers in the way they should be spoken to, and that's on a level that's friendly, calm and understanding.

As the years go by, more and more business is being conducted online. We've embraced the change and have adapted the way we work as a result, but also because we have a strong desire to improve the way our industry operates. We've had a sit down and thought up a variety of nifty little features that you, our customers, would find useful when interacting with us on our website. The additions will be of benefit to both prospective and existing landlords of ours, as well as current and potentially new tenants. So at some point during 2013 we'll be launching a brand new cpshomes.co.uk filled with new technology and features to make your experience with us that much better! We do business differently to give you the edge.
