Christmas Tree on a DoorAs we approach the end of a year that has brought immense challenges for everyone, the entire team here at CPS Homes would like to extend our warmest festive wishes and hope that you can all enjoy a very merry Christmas while continuing to do all that you can to remain safe and healthy.

While reflecting on the year we've all experienced it's easy to forget that back in 2019 many homeowners were left indecisive due to the challenges of political uncertainty surrounding Brexit, but nobody could forecast the things we would all have to face throughout 2020 and will have to continue battling as we enter 2021.

Nevertheless, just like last year, our property experts have worked relentlessly while strictly adhering to all Government guidelines to ensure we were able to safely assist as many people as possible across Cardiff with their home sales, home purchases and rental needs. As we welcome in the new year we will make sure this continues and we truly hope and believe that we will all be able to move forward with positivity and hope for a much brighter 12 months.
