CPS Homes in the community: A look back at 2022

Along with matching people with their perfect place to live in Cardiff, we absolutely love working and living here too. So what better way way to wrap up 2022 with a look at some of the ways we've supported the community we serve throughout the year.

If you’re local to Roath, don't forget we’re your closest collection point here on Albany Road. If you ever fancy having a clear out of your cupboards or making a donation, please do drop by at any point. Our close-knit team of staff are our strongest asset and we believe in investing in people, so if we're ever able to show appreciation through supporting causes that mean a lot to them, we'll jump at the chance! We're proud sponsors of Clwb Rygbi Cymy Caerdydd Iau, which Rhys (our Senior Property Investment & Market Advisor) helps coach and his son Twm plays for and look forward to continuing to support them in 2023 and beyond. 

Our Cathays branch has been finding homes for students for over 20 years. Maintaining our roots in the student community not only helps us to understand what they need from us, it’s also a great way of giving a little bit back. We sponsor multiple teams who receive our dedicated support and financial backing over the course of the year and we're more than happy to help with their fundraising efforts too. Our fantastic staff, contractors and long-term landlord clients have raised awareness and funds for some amazing charities this year including Maggie's Cancer Care and Mental Health UK. There are lots of different ways of giving back to your local community, and doing so is something we see as integral to how we operate.
