Landlords, if you haven't already done so, you have just over a week remaining to provide a written statement to contract-holders of converted contracts by 31st May 2023, under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
A converted contract is any tenancy that was in place when the legislation came in on 1st December 2022 and is still running today. To all of our managed landlord clients, rest assured your written statement is currently being prepared and will be completed before the deadline: we’ve sorted it all out for you, free of charge.
