We're delighted to announce that the 2014 calendar year saw us rent almost 14% more units than in 2013.
Our Woodville Road, Cathays branch, servicing the northern and eastern parts of Cardiff, rented 13.6% more units in 2014, which – somewhat spookily – is exactly the same improvement seen by our James Street, Cardiff Bay branch, covering southern and western areas of the city.
Rhys Owen, Lettings Manager at our Cathays branch, said: "We've had another great year. We've built on last year’s record year and again recorded substantial growth to our already huge market share. Our client and business retention is extremely high, which is perhaps down to near-100% all-year-round property occupancy, as well as our speed of letting. We invest heavily in our staff, marketing and our overall structure, and our clients are reaping the rewards along with us."

Bradley Young, who manages our James Street, Cardiff Bay branch, said: "Maybe it's down to our extensive marketing, but we simply can't source enough available property to meet with the number of prospective tenants we get 'through the door'."
